Short Statement: The Commission is reporting an increase/adjustment to the total annual burden hours associated with this collection of +1,262 hours (1,888 to 3,150) from the last submission to OMB to reflect the burdens faced by the number of new Covered Providers +45 respondents/responses (570 to 615) that will need to initially create or revise their consumer disclosure requirements regarding backup power. No program changes are being reported.
