Short Statement: The agency is requesting an adjustment decrease of 3,333 burden hours (from 14,706 hours to 11,373 hours). The decrease in burden is due to a decrease in the number of employees and the number of establishments. In addition, the estimated capital cost to employers decreased from $1,164,653 to $930,142, a total decrease of $234,511. This decrease is due to a decrease in the number of workers being sampled and receiving medical exams.
