Short Statement: There is an increase in the total estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information due to an increase the time burden per respondent and the number of respondents for the G-28 Paper and G-28 Online Filing instruments. The G-28I instrument time burden did not change. There was an increase in its number of respondents based on new agency estimates. There is no change in the estimated annual cost burden to respondents for this collection of information.
