Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with Form N-8A has decreased from 101 to 99 (a decrease of 2 hours). The estimated cost burden associated with Form N-8A has increased from $50,096 to $55,638 (an increase of $5,542). These changes are attributable to a decrease in the number of estimated annual filings and increases in the costs of outside counsel to prepare and file notifications of registration on Form N-8A.
