Abstract:
The Supplement will collect data on food expenditures, food- assistance-program participation, food sufficiency, and adequacy of food access that will aid USDA in assessing and improving food assistance and nutrition programs and in monitoring the extent and severity of food insecurity in the U.S. ERS is requesting to renew this study for another three years.

The previous ICR listed the nonresponse as a separate IC but they are now combined into one ICR. The burden is the same. You will notice of the previously approved IC for nonresponse the number of respondents is 10,780 and the burden hours are 180.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
