Short Statement: The estimated total annual burden for the FR Y-6, FR Y-7, FR Y-10, and FR Y-10E reports is 54,695 hours, and would increase to 55,979 hours. The revisions would result in an increase of 1,284 hours. The average hours per response would remain the same for the FR Y-6, FR Y-10 and FR Y-10E reports. The Board estimates that the initial average hours per response for the FR Y-7 report would increase from 8.47 hours to 10.10 hours. This increase is due to the initial implementation of the changes. The estimated average hours per response after the initial implementation would be 4.63 hours.
