Short Statement: OSHA is requesting an adjustment in burden of 1,819 from 82,999 hours to 84,818 hours. The increase in hours is due to updated data showing an increase in the number of large to medium establishments covered by the standard. The capital cost has increased from $7,678 to $8,784, a total increase of $1,106 resulting from the increase in the number of establishments ad the cost of a tag.
