Abstract:
The annual report provides qualitative and quantitative information on the Awardee's compliance with its performance goals, its financial health and the timeline in which the CDFI Fund's financial and technical assistance was used. The data collection will be used to collect compliance and performance data from certified CDFIs and CDEs and from NACA awardees.

There is an estimated increase of 12,060 hours due to the addition of a new Transaction Level Report for ERP recipients. However overall the total burden being requested for this collection is being reduced due to correction of a data entry error during the last submission that led to the approval of 130,187 hours of burden instead of the 51,599 hours that had been estimated in the previous supporting statement.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
