Abstract:
On March 16, 2007 (pursuant to section 215(d) of the FPA), the Commission issued Order No. 693, approving 83 of the 107 initial Reliability Standards filed by NERC. Order 693 addressed several Reliability Standards. In the intervening years, numerous changes have been made to update, eliminate, or establish various Reliability Standards. FERC-725D FAC (Facilities Design, Connections and Maintenance Reliability Standards) This submission transfers FAC-003-5 and FAC-008-5 to FERC-725D FAC Standards include the following: FAC-001-4 Facility Interconnection Requirements FAC-002-4 Facility Interconnection Studies FAC-003-5 Transmission Vegetation Management FAC-008-5 Facility Ratings FAC-011-4 System Operating Limits Methodology for the Operations Horizon FAC-014-3 Establish and Communicate System Operating Limits
