Short Statement: This renewal includes a revision to add Form FS-2400-0017, giving respondent the option to conduct business electronically. Other previously approved forms include non-substantive changes that do not affect the types or amount of information collected. The IC list was reorganized for this renewal to better reflect the affected public of respective forms. Forms FS-2400-11, R1-FS-2430-6a, R5-2400-147, R8-2400-74, and SF-25 were removed with this renewal, reducing burden.
