Short Statement: Changes proposed to the FY 2025-2027 CMF Application reflect agency efforts and suggestions from public comments to consolidate information requests, provide clarification and consistency, and eliminate certain requests for information no longer needed. Many of the proposed changes reflect updates needed to align the Application with the new CMF Interim Rule (effective June 25, 2024).
