Abstract:
The respondents are the 57 states/outlying areas that receive adult education state grant funds under the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA). The information collected is the states' annual performance report. OCTAE uses the data to ensure that states meet the performance accountability requirements of AEFLA. In this non request, OCTAE has identified non-substantive, conforming edits in the current ICR under OMB Control No. 1830-0027 to bring it into alignment with the recent Executive Order 14168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government. .
