Abstract:
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a revision of the TSA Customer Comment Card information collection. The card is being used at airports for customer complaints, compliments, and suggestions.

There have been no program changes or adjustments. However, as a result of the UX findings, TSA adjusted the burden time for respondents to complete the comment card from 5 minutes to 3 minutes and for the Civil Rights Complaint Submission from 7 minutes to 8 minutes.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
