Short Statement: o Number of Fractional Ownership Programs has increased from 10 to 13, resulting in a higher number of total responses and burden hours. o Wage-rate, overhead, and fringe-benefit costs have been updated to 2025 numbers. o The FAA used a different methodology in calculating the number of respondents to facilitate a more intuitive crosswalk between the supporting statement and the ROCIS package.
