Abstract:
The purpose of this data collection is to support program management of the National Network of Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinical Prevention Training Center (NNPTC) and to evaluate the reach and impact of the NNPTC's training activities. In 2022 CDC obtained OMB approval to streamline and consolidate forms. In this Extension ICR, CDC requests OMB approval to continue information collection as previously approved. CDC anticipates that the majority of respondents will prefer an electronic response option, but paper forms are provided as an alternate response option.
