Short Statement: There are no program changes. Burdens have been adjusted to reflect the efficiencies of the new mandatory electronic filing system (CEFS), an increase in the number of observed new SSI plan submissions, and a decrease in the number of observed SSI plan revisions. The current estimation of burden hours was reduced from 2,435 to 1,810 hours attributable to the efficiencies of CEFS, resulting in an overall decrease of 625 hours in the annual burden on respondents.
