Abstract:
Awards certified to Treasury are paid annually as funds are received from foreign governments. Vouchers are mailed to awardholders showing payments due. Awardholders sign vouchers certifying that he/she is entitled to payment.

Short Statement:
In previous years, 2020 and prior, the Judgment Fund managed multiple foreign claim programs received from the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission (FCSC). Since 2021, there has only been one foreign claim program to manage. As this program nears conclusion, fewer respondents are received each year. Therefore, the new number of estimated respondents was determined based upon the average number of actual respondents over the past five years.
