Short Statement: This is a reinstatement of the currently approved collection. The current PRA has not been funded since FY 2023, so the PRA includes only post-award collections. Therefore, the VHRMP program operates in post-award status, which requires no pre-award forms due to no funds appropriated after FY 2023.
