Short Statement: This a new collection. The CFTC requests approval to conduct a survey regarding the costs that CFTC-regulated entities incur in complying with the Bank Secrecy Act and related Anti-Money Laundering requirements. The Commission estimates the total annual hours burden associated with this collection will be 1,902 hours.
