HUD would like to use this SF-425 to capture disbursements, expenditures, and unliquidated obligations incurred at the recipient level, for the reporting period, on a cumulative basis for each award. This notice applies to all public housing agencies (PHAs) administering the Public Housing program, including PHAs participating in the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration program for OMB Control # 2577-0029.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
