Short Statement: The number of estimated responses (reported events) has decreased from 452 to 450, based on a decrease in the number of events reported over the most recent 3-year period, compared to the previous 3-year period. The overall burden hours for the Agreement States have decreased from 723 to 720, based on a decrease in the number of events reported over the most recent 3-year period, compared to the previous 3-year period. The estimated costs have increased due to an increase in the fee rate from $288 per hour to $317 per hour.
