Short Statement: OSHA is requesting an adjustment increase of 77,392 burden hours, from 429,293 to 506,685 burden hours. The increase is due to an overall increase in the number of establishments covered in the specific industry sectors. In addition, there is an estimated increase of $11,030,525 in operation and maintenance costs from $43,439,901 to $54,470,426. The increase in these costs was due to higher medical costs.
