Short Statement: USCIS is reporting an increase in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for the Form G-325R information collection as a result of this action. This result stems from an increase in the average burden per response for Form G-325R from 0.67 hours to 2.5 hours due to additional requirements and review of the overall process as per public comments received from the 60-day Federal Register Notice. USCIS is reporting a decrease in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for Biometric Services as a result of a decrease in the estimated number of respondents required to provide fingerprints at the time of original registration. USCIS has provided a synopsis of the edits associated with the changes to the information collection in the online filing instrument Copy Deck Table of Changes for Form G-325R. USCIS is reporting no change to the estimated annual cost burden to respondents for this collection of information as a result of this action.
