Short Statement: The change (i.e., increase) in burden is a REGULATORY CHANGE due to the 1625-AC79 Great Lakes Modernization rulemaking. The rulemaking proposes to update the regulatory requirements for submitting Individual Training Plans and Semi-Annual Performance Evaluation Reports. And to changing the correspondence method to submitting disputes. The methodology for pilot compensation rate calculation burden remains unchanged
