Short Statement: A substantive change has been made to the Annual State Application template and instructions to remove the Significant Disproportionality data collection under IDEA section 618(d) and 34 CFR §§300.646 and 300.647. The removal of the Significant Disproportionality data collection will reduce the burden on respondents when completing the Annual State Application.
