Short Statement: The increase in burden hours of 4,718 hours is due to an increase in the estimated number of annual Form F-3 responses (from 113 to 236). The increase in cost burden of $10,717,804 is due to the increase in the estimated number of annual Form F-3 responses and an increase in the Commission’s estimate of the cost to issuers of outside professionals (from $400 per hour to $600 per hour).
