Short Statement: There have been no changes to the form itself, however, the response time went from 20 minutes to 1 hour due to deeper analysis of each application since the Office of Inspector General audit findings. This causes a slower response time, but better vetted vendors before certification. DLA now requires extra validation on the vendors, so the collection time is, on average, 1 hour.
