Short Statement: Although there are no revisions to the form itself the burden is increasing as there are more awardees for the program. The proposed increase is due to an increase in the number of program award recipients as well as the average burden per response. Grant recipient burden hours can vary greatly based on the number of their awarded resident full-time equivalents. Some commenters on the 60-day FRN indicated the average burden response was too low, the average burden was increased to take into account larger award recipients. HRSA adjusted the burden hours to reflect grant recipients with smallest and largest awarded resident FTEs within calculated average.
