Short Statement: There are slight changes to both the burden hours and the monetized value of the time burden. These changes are due to updated data becoming available after the request for public comment was published in June 2025. The slight change in burden costs to contractors is due to increases in staffing costs. The slight change in burden hours is due to a decrease in system usage in the new data set. The changes in burden are not statistically significant and do not reflect any changes in agency discretion or policy.
