Short Statement: There are no program changes associated with this information collection, and TTB is submitting it for extension purposes only. As for adjustments, due to changes in agency estimates, TTB is decreasing the estimated number of annual respondents to this collection, from 8,500 to 3,690, and also is decreasing the number of annual responses, from 8,500 to 7,645. While TTB is increasing the estimated number of annual responses-per-respondent from 1 to 2.0718, the decreases in the number of respondents and responses results in a decrease in the total estimated annual burden hours for this information collection, from 3,542 hours to 2,561 hours.
