Abstract:
This form is used by an investor to amend a Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Investor, filed before March 15, 2022, in order to retain eligibility under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 203(b)(5)(M) where the investor’s regional center is terminated, or their new commercial enterprise (NCE) or job-creating entity (JCE) is debarred.

This is a new information collection and there are no program changes or adjustments to report. As a result of the proposed rulemaking, this new information collection is being created for investors to amend a Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Investor, filed before March 15, 2022, in order to retain eligibility under INA 203(b)(5)(M) where the investor’s regional center is terminated, or their new commercial enterprise or job-creating entity is debarred.
