Short Statement: This is a request for a reinstatement of the current information collection. The use of the centralized complaint system is based on the requirement of the Student Bill of Rights and Departmental needs. There is no anticipated change in the estimated annual system use of approximately 43,200 or burden of 7,344 hours.
