Short Statement: The burden and cost reduction is due to the capability for users to copy previous submissions, cutting down on the need to regenerate a whole new request and the internal users have become more efficient. Previously, users had to submit requests for an appearance via a request letter on official letterhead. This often-deterred users from submitting a request. With the electronic form, it takes less time to submit the request. processing the information.
