There are no program changes in this collection. There is an adjustment as follows: -154 to the number of respondents, -154 to the annual number of responses, -154 to the annual burden hours and -23,100 to the annual cost. These decreases are due to a decrease in the number of consummation notifications filed each year (based on new averages as calculated for the years 2021-2024).

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
