Short Statement: The increase in burden and labor costs from the most recently approved ICR is due to an adjustment. The adjustment is due to an increase in the number of new or modified sources. The capital and O&M costs also increased due to the number of respondents. Additionally, the capital and O&M costs were increased from 2007 $ to 2024 $ using the CEPCI CE Index.
