Short Statement: The increase in burden from the most recently approved ICR is due to an adjustment. The adjustment is due to an increase in the number of new sources expected over the next three years based on feedback received from The Aluminum Association during consultation. There is an increase in the capital/O&M costs due to the increased number of new sources described above.
