Abstract:
This information collection is in support of Section 326 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 which directed the Department to develop a program to provide technical assistance to community members of Restoration Advisory Boards and Technical Review Committees to enhance public participation in the Defense Environmental Restoration Program. Detailed information about this program, including its authority, requirements, and application process, can be found at 32 CFR Part 203.
