There are program changes/increases to this information collection which are due to the proposed information collections contained in FCC 25-72 . Therefore, the following figures will be added to OMB’s inventory, if the information collections are adopted in a final rulemaking by the Commission: 200 respondents, 200 responses and 50 burden hours. There are no adjustments to this collection.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
