Short Statement: This new ICR introduces a survey with a projected total annual burden of 108 hours. The collection aims to establish a data-driven understanding of the relationships within the West Coast fishing community. These insights will provide BOEM with the necessary baseline information to effectively manage and guide regional maritime activities.
