Short Statement: The change in burden is due to multiple items. The number of responses decreased from 9,014 to 7,499. The total annual cost decreased from $32,698 to $29,545.74. Even with an increase in the estimated respondent average wage, due to a correction in the wage calculation, the total amount decreased.
