Short Statement: This revised information collection request includes burden for the removal of the Hospital Commitment to Health Equity (HCHE), the Screening for Social Drivers of Health (SDOH), and the Screen Positive Rate for SDOH measures, as well as the proposed adoption of the Emergency Care Access & Timeliness electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM). For the CY 2028 program determination and subsequent years, due to these measure adoptions, removals, and adjustments, there was a decrease in burden hours
