Short Statement: For the CY 2026 reporting period/CY 2028 payment determination, based on the measure removals and adoptions in the CY 2026 OPPS/ASC final rule, we estimate an average total burden of 9,882,621 through CY 2028 - CY2031. The aggregate burden decrease is due to measure removals, adoptions, and modifications as reflected in our burden estimates.
