Short Statement: This submission incorporates the new, online tool for prospective applicants of the Job Corps program to express their interest in the program, which was approved under OMB Control Number 1225-0059. This customer interest tool is linked directly to Job Corps’ application as an initial step in the process. It collects the basic identifying and contact information for prospective applicants in accordance with the requirements of WIOA, then digitally populates that information into ETA 652.
