Short Statement: The estimated time to complete for employer for-profit businesses increases from 29 minutes to 45 minutes due to expanded innovation content. R&D content formerly collected in the BERD survey will now be collected as part of ABS. The Census Bureau will no longer field the BERD survey separately.
