Short Statement: CMS has re-estimated total transaction hours to reflect the number of diagnoses submitted through RAPS from 10/1/24 to 9/30/2025, rather than in 2022. Since the previous approval, the number of annual respondents has decreased from 284 MAOs to 189, and the number of diagnosis records decreased from 80,235,720 to 29,729,927. The annual hours have decreased from 2,674,524 to 990,007 total hours.
