Short Statement: Based on experience and responses in question 8 there is a net increase of 83 hours. The increase is based on updating the respondent burden from 20 to 30 minutes. In addition to the adjustments to the respondent burden, a new section (see below and the attached instrument in ROCIS) was added to evaluate awareness of disease risk.
