Short Statement: For Forms CQ-1 and CQ-2 there will be an increase of 107 burden hours to 2,975 hours as compared to the estimate of 2,868 currently carried in OMB's Information Collection Inventory. The increase is entirely due to an increase in the number of respondents to 111, from 107 in 2022.
