Abstract:
Certain local exchange carriers are required annually to submit Tariff Review Plan in partial fulfillment of cost support material required by 47 CFR Part 61. The information used by FCC and the public to determine the justness and reasonableness of rates, terms and conditions in tariffs as required by the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

Short Statement:
Since the last submission to OMB, the number of respondents for the certification requirement decreased from 1,307 to 1,107 (-200), as a result, this decreased the overall total number of responses from 4,148 to 3,948 (-200) and decreased the overall total annual burden hours from 60,576 to 60,476 hours to 554 (-100). These adjustments/decreases are due to changes in the marketplace. There are no program changes.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
