Short Statement: The Commission is reporting program changes as a result of revised requirements. With the elimination of the application requirement, the total number of respondents has decreased from 20 to 3 (-17), the total number of annual responses has decreased from 30 to 6 (-24) and the total annual burden hours also decreased from 1,620 to 36 (-1,584). There are no adjustments to this collection.
