Short Statement: This request is for approval of a revision and extension of an information collection. The CDCP-UPD was streamlined and as a result, the estimated time per response has decreased from 30 to 26 hours. The estimated number of respondents has been adjusted to reflect the projected number of respondents anticipated over the next three years.
